Submissions are open to independent artists of any genre or career stage. By submitting through our Artist Portal, you confirm you are the rights holder or an authorized representative of the material submitted.
You retain full ownership of any material you submit (audio, artwork, bios, links). Submitting material does not transfer any rights to London Lo-Fi Records and does not constitute a contract or offer of representation.
All applications are reviewed by our A&R council. We aim to respond within fourteen (14) days of submission. Due to volume, we cannot guarantee feedback on every application, and silence after fourteen days should be treated as a pass.
Submitted material is reviewed internally and is not shared with third parties without your consent, except where required to evaluate a distribution or service request you have explicitly opted into.
Submission does not guarantee signing, distribution, or any service engagement. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of London Lo-Fi Records.
Please allow at least thirty (30) days between resubmissions of updated or new material to give our team adequate time to review.
We may update this submissions policy at any time. Continued use of the Artist Portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
